Before creating your plan, we will determine your daily calorie needs. This allows us to incorporate the right amount of calories into the plan. Furthermore, the 3 macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates & fats) are optimally divided and adapted to your goals.

We attach great importance to make the plans flexible and adapt them to your individual needs and preferences. The meal plan offers 3 different options per meal.
